Tonight was my birthday date opportunity. We used the babysitting to continue painting the house. Today I painted 3 dining room chairs - sap green, light green, and orange, painted the coffee off white, painted the rest of the trim in the living room and foyer and painted the front door and closet doors, painted 12 windows. Chris changed the light fixture in the bathroom and sealed the walls. The next door neighbor brought over some of his ribs! I cleared out the girls' room except for one outfit each and I planted tulip, hyacinth, crocus and allium bulbs.

Charlotte has been sewing. She used the squeaker extracted from a store bought dog toy to sew Ramona a new squeak toy. I admired her recycling idea.
