I'm very impressed with your decision of home schooling your girls. First of all I believe home schooling IS the answer. I did not do it for my kids because I'm too disorganized (and face it, lazy) but schools are breeding ground for boredom, enthusiasm killing and the destruction of passion. We're in one of the worst school systems in the nation (los Angeles.) What we do is supplement with all kinds of after school activities, talk, encourage rebellion and thinking for oneself and hope for the best. There has to be a better option, but what is it?

It looks like everyone had a great time yesterday. I know we did. I am really glad you are a part of the group and look forward to learning more about you and the girls. I am kind of a blog junkie, so I will be back to read more. Cathy
